Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Peakframe Media, including the $49 Google Ads Management plan.

$49 Google Ads Management Subscription

The $49 Google Ads Management plan is a month-to-month subscription billed at $49 per month.

There is no long-term contract, and you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, Peakframe Media may continue providing services through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Refunds

Because Peakframe Media provides professional services and may begin campaign setup, account review, research, monitoring, or optimization after payment, monthly service fees are generally non-refundable once work for that billing period has begun.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have another billing issue, please contact Peakframe Media so we can review the situation.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Advertising Spend

The $49 monthly subscription is Peakframe Media's management fee and does not include your Google Ads advertising budget.

Advertising charges paid directly to Google are governed by Google's own billing and refund policies. Peakframe Media does not collect, hold, or refund advertising spend paid directly to Google.

Failed or Past-Due Payments

If a recurring payment fails or becomes past due, Peakframe Media may pause campaign management until payment is successfully processed.

Any advertising campaigns continuing to run during a service pause may continue generating charges from Google unless you or Peakframe Media separately pause the campaigns.

Canceling Does Not Automatically Stop Google Ads

Canceling your Peakframe Media management subscription does not necessarily stop advertising running inside your Google Ads account.

Because you own and control your Google Ads account, you remain responsible for advertising activity and charges from Google after Peakframe Media's management services end.

If requested before the end of service, Peakframe Media can assist with pausing the campaign we manage.

Account Ownership After Cancellation

You retain ownership of your Google Ads account, campaigns, advertising data, and billing relationship with Google after cancellation.

Peakframe Media may remove its manager access after services end.

Changes to This Policy

Peakframe Media may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
